Last week, in our AppXcelerate – Growth Webinar Series, we revisited the critical tools and configurations needed to navigate today’s complex user acquisition landscape.

If you missed the live session, here is a checklist of the key features and setup strategies we discussed to help you secure your budget and optimize campaign performance.
What's New? Why We Emphasized Google ICM & Regional Firewalls
We started by reviewing two essential features that ensure your attribution remains accurate and your budget secure:
Google ICM (Integrated Conversion Measurement) Solution
With privacy standards tightening, Google ICM is becoming a standard for accurate attribution across iOS and Android. If you haven't configured this yet, enable enableODMInfo=True in our SDK and contact your Google Ads AM to whitelist your app immediately.

Regional Firewall
Beyond basic fraud protection, we highlighted the practical application of our Regional Firewall. By pre-defining a target region whitelist, the system automatically rejects traffic from non-target areas in real-time. This is a simple but effective way to prevent budget leakage on invalid traffic.

The Quick Launch Guide for SolarEngine x Mintegral
We spent the second half of our presentation walking through the end-to-end workflow of launching a campaign. Here is the condensed guide to getting your configuration right.
Data Setup: Enable "All-Channel" Postbacks
Mintegral’s algorithm needs global data to learn effectively.
Action: Go to Integration > Ad Network > Mintegral and configure these events:
- Install: Set Sending Option to "Callback all data, including organic".
- Monetization (
adimpression): Enable and set to "Callback all data, including organic". - Events (
purchase): Enable and set to "Callback all data, including organic".

Validation: The Tracking Link Test
Before spending budget, verify the link in Attribution > Ad Network > Mintegral.
-
Be sure that you use a fresh device (never installed the app). When generating the link, set "Is Async" to "No". If set to "Yes," the test will fail.

Troubleshooting
Use the Attribution Query Tool in SolarEngine to check your test status. Depending on what you see, follow these specific steps:
-
Scenario A: No "Install" Recorded
-
Issue: The system is not receiving any install signal.
-
Fix: This is usually a technical gap. Please check your SDK integration to ensure the install event is firing correctly upon app launch.
-
-
Scenario B: Install Recorded but Attributed to "Organic"
-
Issue: The install signal was received, but attribution failed (likely due to the device not being recognized as a test device).
-
Fix: Add your device to the whitelist. Then, uninstall the app and test again.
-
-
Scenario C: Install Attributed to Mintegral (Success!)
-
Issue: The test passed, but you aren't done yet.
-
Next Step: A successful test only means attribution works. You also have to ensure the data flows back to the partner. Double-check that you have enabled "Data Postback" (as shown in Step 1) so the algorithm actually receives this data.

Success on Mintegral isn't just about the ad creative; it starts with the quality of data you feed into it.
SolarEngine serves as the critical bridge, ensuring that every signal—from organic installs to IAP revenue—reaches the algorithm accurately. By securing your privacy settings and opening up your data pipeline in the SolarEngine dashboard, you are giving the Mintegral algorithm the best possible chance to find your high-value users.
Master these configurations today, and you’ll see the difference in your campaign efficiency tomorrow.
